A couple set out to spend a weekend in the woods as they follow the Donner Trail to the beautiful Timber Falls, they experience several run ins with the colorful locals. When Sheryl is abducted, Mike tries to find her only to run across a deranged fanatic religious family who tortures the couple who they deem immoral in this twisted thriller.
