At the height of the bloody 1980s struggle between New York City police and the Russian mob, a family finds themselves being torn apart. Joseph, a police officer, tries to convince his brother Bobby, a coke-sniffing club owner, to turn informant for him. When an unsavory club regular shoots Joseph during a drug raid Bobby nervously agrees to infiltrate the mafia operation as an undercover man in this adrenaline filled thriller.
