After the defeat of their old arch nemesis The Shredder, the Turtles have gone their separate ways and have left their ninja training behind. When trouble starts brewing in NYC their sensei, Master Splinter, tries to get the Turtles back together and back in shape as a sinister villain is trying to capture ancient monsters to help him rule the world
