Liz is a Bohemian massage therapist living in New York with her son Finn, who plans to spend the summer with his anthropologist father studying a primitive tribe called Yanomamo or Fierce People. When Finn has a close brush with the law, Liz and Finn head off to the estate of Lizs millionaire benefactor and join a new tribe of country club socialites. Unfortunately, things spiral out of control and they learn that when dealing with these truly fierce people Ð nothing comes without a price.
